Job Description
Intercom is seeking a Senior Market Researcher for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in the company's Go-To-Market efforts by driving actionable insights about Intercom's target audience, brand effectiveness, and creative strategy. They will experiment with processes and methodologies to provide marketing and sales teams with critical insights quickly.
The Senior Market Researcher will be a strategic and trusted partner to leaders and teams across Intercom, empowering and challenging them to think differently. They will thoughtfully explore new ways to combine quantitative and qualitative methods to drive impact and be creative about recruiting participants who meet specific customer criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on ICP's media consumption behaviors.
- Run creative testing research for existing and new brand assets.
- Own and drive the brand tracking program.
- Advocate for prospects within the organization.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Sales, Biz Ops, and Marketing.
- Communicate the meaning and consequence of insights.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a researcher with experience in marketing measurement and audience insights.
- Experience running and managing multiple research projects.
- Experience owning a brand tracking program.
- Expertise in conducting end-to-end user research studies.
- In-depth understanding of marketing effectiveness measurement.
