SurveyMonkey is seeking a New Business Account Executive to drive sales of its enterprise product suite in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will embody a growth mindset and be eager to take ownership of their success by helping customers discover the impact of SurveyMonkey's feedback offerings. This role focuses on selling to new logos and existing self-service users with over 250 employees.What this role involves:
  • Selling SurveyMonkey’s enterprise solutions to New Logos & Self-Service Upgrades.
  • Leading the sales process from outreach to close.
  • Identifying new opportunities and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them to SurveyMonkey's solutions.
  • Tracking progress, forecasting, and improving using Salesforce, Gong, and sales data.
  • Managing accounts and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Staying curious and adapting to evolving customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Experience generating pipeline through outbound, inbound, and product-led channels.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and adaptability.
