Job Description

Innovid, a leading omnichannel ad tech platform, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team. This role is crucial for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function.

Responsibilities:

  • Record vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and authorization.
  • Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Support the accounting close process related to invoices, accruals, credit cards, and expenses.
  • Maintain the AP ledger and reconcile statements from vendors.
  • Prepare AP analysis, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor information.
  • Ensure AP internal controls and policies are best in class.
  • Help to maintain, develop and automate the full AP and accruals processes.
  • Support other accounting/finance related projects/tasks and audits.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of full cycle accounts payable experience.
  • AP Experience within international environments (Argentina’s experience is a plus)
  • Experience with Multicurrencies - must
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Excel skills (Vlookup & Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge and experience in using ERP systems, PO systems and AP software.
  • Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated, quick learner able to work independently and in a team
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Strong planning, organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Experience in the Tech industry or Services companies is a plus.
