Cash Application Analyst

Job Description

Innovid, a leading omnichannel ad tech platform, is seeking a Cash Application Analyst to join their finance team in Buenos Aires. This role offers a great opportunity for a junior individual to gain hands-on experience in the digital advertising industry.

The Cash Application Analyst will be responsible for:
• Posting accurate receipts and payments to customer accounts daily.
• Reviewing customer remittances and following up on discrepancies.
• Drafting journal entries for AR account reconciliations and adjustments.
• Identifying short payments and notifying collections leads.
• Investigating unidentified checks/wires with bank contacts.
• Pulling weekly reports for cash forecasting.
• Sending monthly A/R aging reports to clients.
• Supporting audit requests and assisting the collections team.
• Providing administrative support with report creation.

Requirements:
• +1 year of relevant experience (finance/accounting/economics focused)
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields - Students preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software packages (preferred)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Analytical, self-motivated, and a quick learner
• Strong desire to learn and grow
