Job Description
IONOS is seeking a Partner Business Manager to strategically develop partnerships with IT consulting companies and service providers. The role involves acting as a key liaison between IONOS and its consulting partners, ensuring mutual success. This position is located in Berlin, Cologne, or Karlsruhe.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, acquiring, and developing new consulting partners.
  • Managing and expanding existing partner relationships.
  • Developing and implementing partner strategies and joint go-to-market plans.
  • Conducting training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product management, and sales to develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitoring KPIs and deriving measures to achieve targets.
Requirements:
  • A degree in economics, IT, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in partner or account management, ideally in the IT/cloud environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation, and a structured approach to work.
  • Understanding of the requirements and business models of consulting companies.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
