Community Manager (Chinese-Speaking)

Job Description

Scroll, a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum, is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Chinese-Speaking Community Manager. This role involves leading engagement efforts across developer and user communities in China and the broader APAC region. The Community Manager will manage interactions across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp, ensuring communities stay informed, engaged, and connected. They will also work closely with partners, assist with translations, and organize both online and offline events to grow Scroll’s ecosystem.Responsibilities include:

• Actively manage, moderate, and grow Scroll’s Chinese-speaking communities across various platforms.
• Respond promptly to community inquiries and share updates.
• Plan, host, and attend online and offline events.
• Translate technical and marketing materials from English to Chinese and vice versa.
• Build relationships with developers, local businesses, and KOLs.
• Identify opportunities to scale community engagement across social media.
• Track feedback and report insights to internal teams.

Requirements include:

• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Located in Asia.
• Proven experience managing and growing online communities.
• Familiarity with engaging developer and user communities in the crypto space.
• Experience organizing and hosting online and offline events.
