Job Description
Skylo, a global Non-Terrestrial Network service provider, is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join their growing team in Europe. This role is based in Espoo, Finland, and requires onsite presence 3 days a week. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and general roles, thriving in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of candidate interviews.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Manage 3rd party recruiting agency relationships.
  • Collaborate with the People team on onboarding, employer branding, and other HR initiatives.
  • Stay informed of market trends, salary benchmarks, and legal hiring requirements in Europe, especially in Finland.
  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring.


Requirements:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the European and/or Finnish labor markets and recruitment practices.
  • Experience recruiting in tech startups or multinational companies.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS platform.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish or another European language is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant hiring regulations in the EU.
