Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support their Account Management team in Amsterdam. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring smooth operations within a hyper-growth SaaS environment. The Sales Coordinator will be the operational engine, streamlining processes and connecting departments to enhance customer touchpoints.
Role Involves:
- Coordinating day-to-day operations for the Account Management team.
- Optimizing key processes such as customer data workflows and deal tracking.
- Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Billing, and Product teams.
- Coordinating campaign activities and supporting onboarding initiatives.
- Contributing to projects and wider company initiatives.
- Identifying and resolving inefficiencies proactively.
Requirements:
- Experience in a coordination, sales support, operations, or enablement role, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment.
- Process-driven and organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, or Asana.
- Customer-first mindset with an understanding of how internal efficiency drives external impact.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
