Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support their Account Management team in Paris. This role is crucial for empowering the team to retain, grow, and delight their customer base by streamlining processes and ensuring smooth customer touchpoints. The Sales Coordinator will be the operational engine, connecting departments and optimizing workflows.
Role Involves:
- Coordinating activities for the Account Management team.
- Optimizing key processes such as customer data workflows and internal communication.
- Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Billing, and Product teams.
- Coordinating campaign activities and supporting onboarding initiatives.
- Identifying and resolving inefficiencies in processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in a coordination, sales support, operations, or enablement role.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
