Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to join their EMEA partnership team. This role focuses on growing existing commercial and strategic partnerships to drive new merchants within the EMEA market. The Partner Growth Manager will actively engage with referral partners, research the enterprise app market, manage the pipeline, and achieve channel sales quotas. They will also provide pipeline reporting, ensure communication between partners and Lightspeed, lead presentations, and manage the onboarding of new partners.
Responsibilities: - Engaging with existing referral partners to bring in new customers
- Researching and trending the enterprise app market
- Developing, managing, and maintaining the pipeline
- Achieving channel sales quotas
- Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting
- Ensuring high-quality communication between channel partners and Lightspeed
- Leading one-on-one screen-sharing presentations
- Managing and developing the onboarding of new partners
- Bringing in new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
Requirements: - 3+ years of partnerships/B2B experience (Software sales experience preferred)
- Negotiating skills
- Understanding of the Partnership landscape within EMEA
- Experience in training, motivating, and fostering relationships with potential partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
