Job Description
KONUX is seeking a Working Student Legal to join their team. The candidate will support the in-house legal team on a variety of topics and conduct legal research and analysis in German and English. They will also handle contract and document management and bring knowledge management to the next level. KONUX is a dynamic and fast-growing technology company that is transforming the way the railway industry works.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the inhouse legal team on a broad variety of topics ranging from contract and corporate law to IT, IP, and public procurement law as well as data privacy and labour law including work health and safety topics
- Conducting legal research and analysis in German and English
- Handling contract and document management in German and English
Requirements:
- Advanced studies in law or economic law (Wirtschaftsrecht)
- Full working proficiency in English. Additional languages such as German, Spanish or French are a plus
- First working experience in an in-house legal department or law firm
- Getting things done mentality, are a self-starter, and know when to seek help
- Great personality, transparent communicator, willingness to learn
- Reliable and highly structured working style
- Excellent MS Office and/or G Suite skills
- Reliability and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information
- Munich office presence required at least one day a week
