Job Description

Airtable is seeking a Web Developer to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The Web Developer will be responsible for building easy-to-use and high-performing marketing websites that serve Airtable's users and multiple partners across marketing and design. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing intuitive, efficient platforms and will be pivotal in driving projects to new heights.Role involves:

• Building easy-to-use, performant websites.
• Taking ownership of both front-end and back-end services.
• Proposing solutions for improving usability, performance, and scalability.
• Working across the full stack, using technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern CSS tools.
• Participating in the full development lifecycle.
• Serving as a lead and mentor to the web engineering team.
• Identifying and resolving issues across the stack.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineer.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with Node.JS, Next.JS is a plus.
• Experience with standard web technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Passion for software engineering best practices.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance many simultaneous projects.
