Job Description
Sourcescrub is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their London office and support EMEA customers. This role offers the opportunity to learn and make a measurable impact across various business areas within a fast-paced startup environment. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with the EMEA Account Manager.

Role involves:
  • Building and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Understanding client business objectives.
  • Partnering with clients to leverage Sourcescrub to drive their goals.
  • Expanding the utilization of Sourcescrub’s product offerings.
  • Interfacing with the Account Management team for growth opportunities.
  • Interfacing with the Product team to drive strategic improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Finance-related preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
  • Metric-driven orientation.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Collaborative across technical and non-technical organizations.
  • Comfort managing escalations.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software (a plus).
  • Ability to analyze key metrics and identify trends.
  • Ability to travel.

Role offers:
  • Managing a book of business of approximately $3-4M in ARR.
  • Maintaining Sourcescrub’s strong Gross Revenue Retention and high NPS.
  • Proactively monitoring customer health.
  • Managing the ‘hand-off’ process for new customers.
  • Developing success plans for clients.
  • Driving customer touch points.
  • Partnering with the broader Customer Success team on scalable initiatives.
  • Assisting in managing a shared inbox for pooled EMEA customers.
