Job Description
Scale AI is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead the engineering function for their Enterprise product line. This role involves building and scaling a global high-performing team focused on delivering generative AI solutions for Fortune 100 companies. The VP of Engineering will partner with GTM teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with research, product, and delivery teams to drive full-stack solutions. They will also shape the long-term vision and org design of the Enterprise engineering team, manage senior engineering leaders, and represent engineering in cross-functional planning cycles.Role involves:
  • Leading the engineering function for the Enterprise product line.
  • Building and scaling a global high-performing team.
  • Partnering with Fortune 100 customers and the GTM team.
  • Collaborating with research, product, and delivery teams.
  • Shaping the long-term vision and org design of the Enterprise engineering team.
  • Managing and mentoring senior engineering leaders.
  • Making rigorous tradeoffs across technical and business dimensions.
  • Representing engineering in cross-functional planning cycles.
Requirements:
  • Strong track record of leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable working directly with enterprise executives.
  • Experience scaling engineering organizations across geographies.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and clarity.
  • Experience partnering deeply with sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
