PR Manager (I gaming- Sports- English)

Job Description

Betsson Group, a global leader in online gaming, is seeking a dynamic and creative PR Manager to lead its public relations efforts in Argentina. The PR Manager will also contribute to global and corporate communication initiatives. This role involves acting as a key spokesperson and working closely with the local market team, reporting directly to the Global Head of PR.

What this role involves:

• Leading and coordinating PR strategies and campaigns for the Argentinian market.
• Managing media relations, both reactive and proactive, including acting as a spokesperson when required.
• Overseeing the execution of creative and engaging PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and affinity.
• Managing relationships with PR agencies from planning through to execution.
• Collaborating on the creation and distribution of press releases and media content.
• Monitoring, reporting on, and continuously improving the impact of PR activities in the market.
• Supporting internal communication to ensure company-wide alignment on PR efforts.
• Bringing innovative and fresh ideas to reach and engage new audiences.
• Working closely with the Argentina Marketing Team on activations, ambassadors, sponsorships, and long-term strategy.
• Collaborating with Social Media and Content Managers to deliver integrated 360 campaigns.
• Providing guidance on tone of voice, crisis communication, and market-related storytelling.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of PR or communications experience, ideally within fast-paced, consumer-facing industries.
• Strong media contacts and a proven ability to build relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and cross-functional teams.
• A strong interest in sports, entertainment, or iGaming is a big plus.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with global strategy.
