Construction Safety Lead

AirTrunk is seeking a Construction EHS Lead to advance safety excellence across development projects in the APJ region. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a proactive, high-performance safety culture throughout all phases of project execution. The Construction Safety Lead will report to the Senior Regional EHS Manager – SGP/ MY/HKG.

Responsibilities:

• Champion a zero-harm safety culture.
• Lead Safety in Design workshops.
• Ensure alignment with legal safety standards and WHS regulations.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular EHS meetings and toolbox talks.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience with 5+ years in construction EHS.
• Diploma in Work Health and Safety or equivalent; DOSH-certified Safety Manager preferred.
• Strong background in Data Center projects is advantageous.
• Skilled in risk management, audit execution, and incident investigation.
• Proficient in EHS systems (e.g., ProCore) and data reporting.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and influencing capabilities across all organizational levels.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
