Job Description
Postman is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead and expand its paid social media initiatives. This role is pivotal in crafting comprehensive strategies, enhancing performance, and achieving tangible business results across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to execute impactful campaigns throughout the entire marketing funnel.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing data-driven paid social strategies aligned with growth and brand goals
- Managing campaign planning, creative briefing, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
- Partnering closely with creative teams and our advertising agency to test and iterate on ad messaging, visuals, and formats
- Monitoring performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations and scalable playbooks
- Owning media budgets and forecast performance, ensuring efficient spend and high ROI
- Staying ahead of platform changes, emerging trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in B2B or high-growth environments
- Proven success driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through paid social at scale
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, data, and product marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, testing-first mindset
