Job Description
Horizons is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Director to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition in the AMEA region. The Sales Director will lead multi-threaded sales processes, manage complex sales cycles, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.Horizons is building the infrastructure to power borderless teams. By handling global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance, their technology enables businesses to hire anyone anywhere compliantly at the push of a button.Role Involves:
  • Developing and owning the sales strategy for Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
  • Leading multi-threaded sales processes for midmarket and enterprise accounts.
  • Hiring, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team of Account Executives.
  • Owning and driving regional revenue targets.
  • Developing strategic co-selling partnerships.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with HR leaders and C-suite executives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales management experience within the EOR space.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in developing GTM strategies for both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong ability to establish and grow partnerships with PEOs, EORs, and payroll providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and communication skills in fully remote, distributed team environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Extensive experience managing markets across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
