Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Customer Success Director to lead a team and manage a portfolio of customers within the Finance Services and Industry vertical in Paris. The Customer Success Director will report to the AVP of Customer Success and collaborate with various teams to drive customer outcomes and business performance.   • Executing Customer Success strategy.
  • Leading and coaching a team of 6-7 field resources.
  • Delivering accurate forecasts.
  • Building and maintaining senior-level customer relationships.
  • Ensuring successful Anaplan implementations.
  • Identifying and mitigating customer risks.
  • Driving customer expansion and platform adoption.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of business, finance, accounting, and strategy.
  • Critical thinking and prioritisation skills.
  • Collaborative leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and financial reporting.
  • Strong ethical standards and a customer-first mindset.
  • Strategic and operational focus.
  • Skilled in risk identification and problem-solving.
  • Experience with third-party consulting partners.
  • Proficiency in agile software implementation methodologies.
  • Minimum five years' SaaS experience, including 3–5 years of management.
  • Experience negotiating large software agreements.
