Anaplan is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the Applications Team within the Global Product and Technology Organization (GPTO). This role is based in New York and focuses on driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability. The Business Operations Manager will optimize workflows, manage cross-functional processes, and ensure the timely delivery of business initiatives. They will also prepare key materials for leadership reviews and facilitate cross-business-unit alignment.
Role involves:
Developing and delivering data-driven content for leadership reviews.
Designing and refining operational processes.
Overseeing cross-functional initiatives and tracking progress.
Monitoring and reporting on key metrics.
Acting as a liaison between teams.
Identifying and mitigating risks.
Maintaining operational and roadmap documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar role.
12+ years of overall experience in the technology industry.
Expertise in sales operations, leadership reporting, and new product introduction.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
