Senior Value Consultant

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Value Consultant to lead and guide prospects and customers through the customer value journey. This role involves driving data-driven business transformation and ensuring customers realize measurable business value from their investment in Amplitude.

As a core member of the account team, the Senior Value Consultant will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services teams. They will translate use cases into business value assessments and drive adoption through workshops. The ideal candidate will demonstrate business acumen, executive presence, and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying & Framing Business Value
• Conducting Business Value Workshops
• Use Case Identification and Prioritization
• Value Realization Execution
• Project Scope and Timeline Management
• Executive Communication and Influence

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in consultative, customer-facing roles
• 3+ years in enterprise software value consulting
• Proven track record in business case creation and financial analysis
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA preferred
