PlayStation, a global leader in entertainment, is seeking a Paid Media Marketing Analyst to join their team in San Mateo, CA. This role involves leading media testing and measurement strategies to gauge incrementality through campaign and customer analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a proven ability to leverage data for measuring media performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement media testing frameworks.
  • Design and execute incrementality tests.
  • Conduct in-depth customer and campaign analyses.
  • Utilize clean rooms for campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Translate data into actionable insights.
  • Integrate data from various sources.
  • Present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, with paid media analysis and optimizations
  • 5+ years of advanced SQL required (Python and/or R a plus)
  • Experience working with first-party customer data within Snowflake
  • Extensive knowledge of media attribution, metrics, and calculations
  • Experience with clean room environments
  • Knowledge of media optimizations in biddable platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about gaming and video game culture
