Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team, focusing on the Nordics region. This role involves identifying and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and either Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.Remote is a company that helps modern organizations navigate global employment compliantly with ease. Responsibilities: - Respond to and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Support the Account Executive team as needed.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
- Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions.
Requirements: - Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Fluency in English and native Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
