Job Description

Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration, is seeking an EMEA SMB Expansion Account Executive. This role focuses on driving strategic expansion business growth within current Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale customers across assigned territories. The Expansion Account Executive will work closely with potential and existing customers to create business value and close sales opportunities, as well as collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure renewals and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Closing business and building relationships with a book of accounts
  • Providing excellent customer service and identifying strategic expansion opportunities
  • Improving best practices for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Creating and maintaining reliable forecasts
  • Becoming an expert in Lucid's value propositions and target market
  • Developing a mentality of teamwork and leading critical initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of sales closing experience (preferably in SaaS/tech)
  • Experience in prospecting and closing business
  • Experience in building personal relationships and expanding accounts
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Fluent in English
