Job Description
EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Value Creation Specialist to join their Corporate Initiatives Team. This role will support Country Managers, leveraging financial analysis and project management skills. The specialist will work closely with various business areas, including finance, product, operations, and commercial teams, serving as the financial backbone for the Value Creation Regional team.
  • Developing materials for Value Creation cadences.
  • Collaborating with country HUBs to prioritize topics.
  • Leading weekly meetings and tracking action plans.
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Providing ad hoc financial analysis support for LATAM regions.
  • Assisting Country Managers in executing operational tasks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the payments industry, e-commerce or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • Strong experience with FP&A and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in writing queries in SQL.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Advanced skills in English and native Spanish.
