Group Technical Program Manager (Hybrid)

Job Description

KnowBe4 is seeking a Group Technical Program Manager to bridge the gap between the Engineering and Product organizations. The Group Technical Program Manager will lead a team of Technical Program Managers and translate KnowBe4’s strategic product vision into detailed technical user stories for the Engineering teams to build new features for KnowBe4’s platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement of the technical program management practice.
• Oversee the successful execution of complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Facilitate refinement discussions to drive out needed functional requirement details.
• Write User Stories based on high-level strategic initiatives.
• Set up policies & procedures for Technical Program Management.
• Build and expand a valuable team.
• Lead by example being a TPM on one of the teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent plus 3 years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Software Developer or Software Tester
• A strong blend of project management, business analysis and technical experience
• Excellent technical knowledge of current web technologies
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Experience with AWS & CI/CD environments
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with UX/Prototyping tools, for instance LucidChart, Figma
• Experience with relational databases, MySQL or equivalent
• Experience working in agile environments
• FrontEnd web standards: CSS3, HTML 5
• Minimum 5 years hands-on technical experience in an IT related industry
