IMC is seeking a Network Engineer to join their Trading Infrastructure team in Mumbai. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting high-performance, low-latency network infrastructure. They will work closely with Systems Engineers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver best-in-class solutions that support IMC's trading business and help evolve their infrastructure.Responsibilities include:
Designing, implementing, and supporting the networking infrastructure.
Monitoring, guarding, and analyzing the proper functioning of the network infrastructure.
Proactively improving the infrastructure by contributing scripts and code to automation efforts.
Creating and maintaining documentation detailing the implemented network components.
Managing IT security related platforms.
Working flexible hours to apply critical changes.
Liaising with external vendors, exchanges, and providers.
Requirements include:
5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
Proven ability to design, implement, and support high-performance networks.
Strong appetite for accuracy and willingness to go beyond standard textbook networking concepts.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Ability to motivate and encourage peers while maintaining a high technical standard.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
