SmartBear is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sales Recruiter to support the company's growth by providing hiring support aligned with its core values. The recruiter will shape the recruitment process with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in high-volume sales recruitment. The ideal candidate will build strong candidate relationships and maintain a positive and energetic approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales department leaders and hiring managers.
  • Proactively create and manage high-volume candidate pipelines for US sales roles.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Conduct outreach activities to attract and engage potential sales candidates.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for top-tier sales talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume recruitment or sales recruiting role.
  • A passion for recruiting, hiring, and building genuine relationships with people, particularly in sales.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
