Job Description

Awin is seeking a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive to support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering insights and strategy to top-performing clients and address commercially challenging situations.

The role involves:

  • Data provisioning, transforming, and formatting data for analysis.
  • Reviewing datasets for cleanliness.
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify key data points.
  • Maintaining regular dashboards and reporting using Tableau/Power BI.
  • Supporting presentation creation and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Following up on strategic recommendations with Client Services teams.
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Supporting the Client Director with training content.
  • Monitoring inbound ticket workflow.
  • Attending client meetings.
  • Communicating data requests to internal teams and external clients.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Staying updated on digital trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional online marketing experience.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Competence in Excel, including basic formulas.
  • Competent user of Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solutions-minded with attention to detail.
  • Motivation to learn and understand the 'why'.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing channels.
