Awin is seeking a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive to support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering insights and strategy to top-performing clients and address commercially challenging situations.
The role involves:
Data provisioning, transforming, and formatting data for analysis.
Reviewing datasets for cleanliness.
Analyzing large datasets to identify key data points.
Maintaining regular dashboards and reporting using Tableau/Power BI.
Supporting presentation creation and ensuring brand alignment.
Following up on strategic recommendations with Client Services teams.
Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Supporting the Client Director with training content.
Monitoring inbound ticket workflow.
Attending client meetings.
Communicating data requests to internal teams and external clients.
Coordinating internal and external meetings.
Staying updated on digital trends and technologies.
Requirements:
1+ years of professional online marketing experience.
Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Competence in Excel, including basic formulas.
Competent user of Tableau and/or Power BI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solutions-minded with attention to detail.
Motivation to learn and understand the 'why'.
Basic understanding of online marketing channels.
