Ouihelp, a fast-growing startup specializing in at-home care, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Auxiliaires de vie (H/F) in Champigny-Sur-Marne. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, ensuring their well-being and comfort in their own homes.
The role involves:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Maintaining open communication with clients' families and Ouihelp's support team
Requirements:
- A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance.
- Alternatively, 18 months of experience with completion of Ouihelp's paid internal training.
- Commitment with empathy.
