Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home service sector, is seeking a dedicated Auxiliaire de vie (H/F) to provide compassionate care to the elderly in Villiers-sur-Marne. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, providing assistance with daily living activities and companionship.
The Auxiliaire de vie will be responsible for:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
Ouihelp is looking for candidates who:
- Have a diploma or 3 years of experience in personal assistance OR 18 months of experience and willingness to participate in internal paid training.
- Are compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
