Landor is seeking a Senior Strategist to join their Mumbai studio. This role is pivotal in shaping and enhancing clients' brand identities through innovative branding strategies. The Senior Strategist will align strategies with client goals, drive market differentiation, and foster customer loyalty. They will conduct market research and consumer analysis, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable branding initiatives. This role requires expertise to guide the development of compelling brand narratives and visual identities, positioning clients for success and contributing to overall business growth.
What this role involves:
- Developing brand strategy for corporate and consumer brands across geographies and categories.
- Owning and leading work streams, understanding their impact on the overall project.
- Developing and executing innovative branding strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborating with creative, product, and executive leadership teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding of branding principles.
- Experience with brand strategy, brand naming, product and portfolio architecture, nomenclature, creative briefing, campaign messaging, and understanding of design.
- Solid understanding of how brands and businesses work, including the role of packaging, product/service innovation, sustainability, and e-commerce.
- Ability to distill complex data from business and market perspectives.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop brand narratives using the best branding principle and excellent writing skills and communication.
- Open-mindedness with an inherent curiosity, and willingness to share fresh perspectives in solving problems.
