Level.works is seeking a Freelance Content Creator to produce engaging video content for their TikTok and Instagram channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing the company's work and culture through creative storytelling and trend-driven content. This role involves attending bi-weekly meetings with the marketing team to discuss content ideas, independently creating video content using personal equipment, editing videos, and incorporating feedback. The content creator will highlight the positive aspects of Level.works and its team on social media platforms.

• Creating video content for TikTok and Instagram
• Independently filming and editing videos
• Attending bi-weekly meetings with the marketing team
• Developing social media post ideas and scripts

• Experience with short-form social content, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Strong visual sense and understanding of what performs well on social media
• Enthusiasm for being on camera
• Professional mindset and ability to work independently
• Availability for 8 hours per week, with potential for more hours

• An attractive compensation of €30 per hour excluding VAT
• A kilometer allowance of €0.30 per kilometer driven
