AutoScout24 is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join their team in Padua. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to users, dealers, and private individuals. This role involves managing inbound and outbound requests, conducting operational training for clients on digital solutions, producing daily and monthly reports, and providing telephone support.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound and outbound requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Providing operational training to clients on the use of digital solutions.
  • Producing daily and monthly reports to monitor performance and activities.
  • Providing telephone support through the company switchboard.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Diploma or degree, preferably in economics.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
  • Good knowledge of English (level B1 or higher).
  • A collaborative attitude and team spirit.
  • Coordination skills.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Solution-oriented approach with good negotiation skills.
  • Strong sense of organization and respect for deadlines.
