AutoScout24 is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join their team in Padua, Italy. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a customer-oriented approach, providing quality technical support to both dealer and private users. This role is full-time and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.Role involves:
  • Managing inbound and outbound requests, focusing on technical diagnosis and problem resolution.
  • Providing technical support on digital platforms, internal tools, and software integrations.
  • Delivering operational and technical training on the use of digital solutions.
  • Collaborating with product and development teams for the management and escalation of complex technical issues.
  • Producing daily and monthly reports on performance, resolved incidents, and critical areas.
  • Managing incoming calls through the company switchboard with a consultative approach.
Requirements:
  • Technical diploma or degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Good knowledge of digital environments and CRM systems; basic knowledge of HTML or API integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
  • Good knowledge of English (level B1 or higher).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, precision, and ability to work independently.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
