Revenue Operations Manager

Job Description

MaintainX is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team in Montréal, Québec. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing their Salesforce platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service processes. The Revenue Operations Manager will work with GTM partners to provide expertise in building and growing critical business processes. They will also develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management and users. • Maintaining, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce.
• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Documenting and optimizing Salesforce processes.
• Resolving internal support tickets.
• Providing user training.
• Acting as a key stakeholder in operational and cross-functional projects.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Ensuring data hygiene and integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience as a Salesforce administrator, preferably with a Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent); 5+ years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Salesforce CPQ certification is a must for this position.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, workflows, process builder, and data management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools and integration capabilities.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Experience building flows, formula fields, and roll-up summary fields.
• Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and work in a constantly evolving environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
