Lunar Energy is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Office Coordinator to enhance the employee experience. This role involves managing office operations, supporting employee onboarding, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing office environment.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Managing conference room calendars and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Handling mail, shipping, and logistics needs.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining the kitchen area.
  • Assisting with event setup and food/beverage orders.
  • Managing special projects and operational logistics.
  • Managing demo calendar and EV charger access.
  • Providing safety program admin support.
  • Using Docusign for NDAs.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks.
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience, startup or tech experience preferred.
  • Proactive, high energy, and motivated.
  • Eco-conscious and passionate about renewables.
  • Available Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm onsite.
  • Available for overtime as needed.
  • B.A. or B.S. preferred.
