Prezzee is seeking a Brand Partnerships Specialist for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, focusing on mid-sized brand relationships in Australia and New Zealand. This role, reporting to the ANZ Brand Partnerships Manager, involves leading negotiations, strengthening connections, and driving partnership strategies. The position is based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with a hybrid work arrangement of Monday to Thursday in the office and Friday remote.
- Account Management: Leading negotiations and building lasting relationships with mid-sized brand partners.
- Business Development: Developing strategies to attract new brand partners and crafting compelling pitch decks.
- Operations: Streamlining workflows, managing partner escalations, and collaborating with various internal teams.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of successful deal-making and commercial structuring.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
