CarOnSale is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Strategy & Growth team. This role is based in Munich, Germany, and offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital car trading across Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth initiatives and strategic projects, working closely with the leadership team, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Role involves:
  • Leading important growth initiatives.
  • Taking responsibility for strategic projects.
  • Working with the leadership team.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through data-based analyses.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Supporting decisions at the C-Level and investor level.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a growth company, start-up, or large tech company.
  • Excellent analytical skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strategic thinking and implementation abilities.
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality.
  • Economic thinking and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and German.
