CarOnSale, a fast-growing tech startup based in Berlin, is seeking a Recruiter to redefine B2B automotive trading through digital processes. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital car trading.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and attract suitable talents through various channels, including LinkedIn and direct approaches.
  • Take full responsibility for the recruiting process, from job creation to contract signing.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments and hiring managers to develop individual requirement profiles.
  • Actively contribute to the further development of recruiting strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a dynamic startup or tech company environment.
  • Experience working with various role profiles, from business to field service.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively drive topics forward, and explore new avenues.
  • Excellent German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills.
  • Residency in Berlin or willingness to work on-site in the Berlin, Schöneberg office 3 days a week.
