Job Description
iFood, a leading Brazilian technology company in Latin America, is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst BDR to join their team. This role involves working within iFood Pago, the company's Fintech arm, which includes iFood Benefícios, iFood's food and meal vouchers, and iFood Pago, the restaurant's bank. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and growth strategies, constantly seeking new learning opportunities and challenges.
Role Involves:
- Researching and prospecting potential clients, identifying decision-makers through commercial intelligence platforms and professional networks.
- Collaborating closely with Growth, Hunters, and Marketing teams in developing outbound strategies.
- Implementing and managing contacts in the CRM (Hubspot).
- Evaluating and building results indicators (KPIs) and reporting results with data analysis and spreadsheets.
- Generating strategic opportunities for the commercial team, accelerating the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of the payment methods market, outbound strategies, and specific niches.
- Practical knowledge in Excel, CRM (Hubspot), and commercial intelligence tools and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Cortex, and Lusha.
- Ability to interpret and handle data to build reports and indicators.
- Previous experience in outbound and inbound strategies, and familiarity with the sales cycle.
