Kulfi Collective is seeking an Account Lead to manage client relationships, drive growth, and ensure high-quality work. The Account Lead will report to the Account Director and play a crucial role in shaping culture through talent, tech, and data.Role involves:
- Managing client relationships and driving growth.
- Managing revenue and forecasting for assigned brands.
- Developing account management strategies and providing strategic recommendations.
- Understanding client's business and industry trends.
- Building and managing external teams for projects.
- Owning brand communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in client servicing and account management.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
- Good understanding of end-to-end production and budgeting.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong workflow and project management skills.
- Excellent team building and leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
