Job Description
Kulfi Collective is seeking an Account Lead to manage client relationships, drive growth, and ensure high-quality work. The Account Lead will report to the Account Director and play a crucial role in shaping culture through talent, tech, and data.Role involves:
  • Managing client relationships and driving growth.
  • Managing revenue and forecasting for assigned brands.
  • Developing account management strategies and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Understanding client's business and industry trends.
  • Building and managing external teams for projects.
  • Owning brand communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in client servicing and account management.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end production and budgeting.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong workflow and project management skills.
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
