Forge Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join their growing team in West Orange, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated mental health provider who wants to be part of a collaborative team.Forge Health is looking for someone to:

• Facilitate outpatient and intensive outpatient programs.
• Assess clients for co-occurring and mental health needs.
• Prepare and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate with discharge planners.
• Document counseling services.
• Conduct individual and group counseling.
• Communicate with family members and other resources.
• Provide crisis intervention.

Requirements for this position include:

• Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LMFT.
• Master's Degree in Social Work or a similar field.
