Job Description

Scalapay, a rapidly growing unicorn in the Buy Now Pay Later sector, is seeking a Risk Management Intern to join their dynamic team in Milan. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Risk team and contributing to strategic projects.

The intern will work closely with Risk leaders, gaining valuable skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. Scalapay values innovation, teamwork, curiosity, and customer focus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team with reporting and monitoring key fraud risk metrics.
  • Engaging in strategic projects related to fraud risk, driven by business needs.
  • Identifying trends by reviewing cases daily to timely capture flash fraud trends with quick response to stop loss leakage.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Graduating from your Bachelor or Masters Degree in economics or mathematics.
  • Familiar with Excel and SQL.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Italian) are required (French and/or Spanish will be a plus).
