Security Analyst

Job Description

Truveta is seeking a Security Analyst to join their team in Seattle, WA. The Security Analyst will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that bolster the company's Digital Workplace strategy. This position involves working with cutting-edge technologies to modernize endpoint management and enhance end-user experiences.

The Security Analyst will be responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Incident Response.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of user accounts.
• Process access requests and validate access requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues.
• Monitor IAM systems for potential issues and unauthorized access attempts.
• Continuously monitor security alerts and logs using Microsoft Azure Sentinel.
• Perform initial triage of security alerts to assess their severity and potential impact.
• Execute basic incident handling procedures.
• Document incidents accurately and comprehensively.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems.
• 1-2 years of experience in an IAM and/or SOC environment with a focus on Azure or related cloud cybersecurity areas.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud, services, architectures, and security features.
• Basic knowledge of SIEM and SOAR usage for Incident handling and familiarity with on-call.
• Good written, verbal communication and customer facing skills.
