Associate Creative Director, Art at Barkley

BarkleyOKRP is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art, to be both a leader and a doer. This role requires strong creative skills and leadership abilities to cultivate client relationships and guide junior team members. The ACD will handle meetings, shoots, and productions independently, while actively seeking opportunities to learn from Creative Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring client communication plan and campaign objectives are met.
• Ensuring creative work is outstanding and on strategy.
• Ensuring work is on target, on time, and within budget.
• Maintaining positive account management morale related to the creative relationship.
• Ensuring client and agency management express confidence in leadership abilities.
• Demonstrating wise, responsible decision-making ability.
• Exhibiting teamwork in national and/or international award shows.
• Maintaining high client satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to be based out of or relocate to Kansas City, MO metro area.
• Ability to mentor more junior members of the team.
• Ability to lead a piece of business with passion, vision, and maturity.
• Ability to present to clients and sell work.
• Ability to build relationships within BarkleyOKRP's walls and with clients.
• Ability to make amazing work (both as a leader and a doer).
