Job Description
DoubleVerify is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for Scibids clients post-sale. This role involves overseeing the execution and performance of pilot and business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns, ensuring a seamless client experience and strong campaign results. The Senior Technical Account Manager will work closely with Sales and Presales teams within DoubleVerify to deliver a cohesive customer journey and act as the voice of the client within Scibids.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing Pilot and BAU campaigns using Scibids AI technology.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting campaign setup and performance within DSPs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing day-to-day support.
  • Maintaining consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Pre-Sales team to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Working with the Scibids solutions team to debug issues and solve potential roadblocks.
  • Leading performance impact review sessions and standard reporting.
  • Analyzing key performance metrics and providing strategic optimization suggestions.
  • Strategizing and upselling to grow existing client business and win new business.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management in the programmatic space.
  • Experience in at least 2 of the following DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or Yahoo.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • A can-do attitude with energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
