Sourcing Coordinator

Job Description

Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to join their Sourcing Team. The Sourcing Coordinator will provide service for global Partners and Customers, working across departments to establish sourcing solutions for complex orders. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a focus on finding unique solutions.Role involves:

• Initial triage of orders
• Identifying alternative sourcing strategies
• Cultivating network relationships
• Communicating capacity gaps
• Devising recovery strategies
• Accountable for sourcing KPI’s

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented problem solver
• Strong communication skills in English (C1)
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of client and vendor facing experience
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers
