Sourcing Coordinator

Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to enhance its Sourcing Team and deliver exceptional service to global partners and customers. This role involves establishing sourcing solutions for complex orders, requiring critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.Responsibilities include:

• Initial triage of orders to identify manufacturing and quoting issues.
• Identifying alternative sourcing strategies.
• Cultivating network relationships and communicating capacity gaps.
• Working cross-functionally to devise recovery strategies.
• Being accountable for sourcing KPIs (margin and time to resolution).

Requirements include:

• Detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1).
• Proficiency in computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic internet navigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of client and vendor-facing experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of Solidworks, Salesforce, Looker, and Mechanical Print interpretation are a plus.
