Alma is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join their team in Lille, France. Alma is convinced that trade must be well balanced to be sustainable. Because finance has a key role in business, their mission is to put it back in its rightful place : at the service of merchants and consumers! The Customer Care Officer will be at the heart of Alma's operational reactor, providing support to both consumers and merchants using Alma's payment solutions. The role involves managing debt collection actions, onboarding new merchants, and participating in continuous improvement processes.
Role Involves:
- Handling requests from consumers and merchants via email and phone.
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding and anticipating customer needs.
- Participating in the training of new team members.
Requirements:
- Good writing skills in French and English.
- Open and friendly with good communication and empathy.
- Perseverance and ability to overcome difficulties.
- Autonomy and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Rigorous and organized approach to work.
- Demanding and reliable with a commitment to quality.
- Ideally, previous experience in a similar role.
